Garnet Suidy

Garnet’s unique path has provided him with an abundance of direct experience to explore his craft and follow his passion for discovering the miracles of the human being. Always a mover and a shaker, he spent 25 years as a competitive figure skater before furthering his professional education into the inner workings of the body in various modalities including Osteopathy, Rebalancing Bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy, bodyART, Pilates, yoga, meditation, and Shamanic practice.
Garnet’s treatment program engages the natural healing process by working with the hard and soft tissues, nervous system and energetic networks of the body. Addressing postural alignment and relieving muscular and skeletal pain to restore balance to the body, mind and spirit.

Garnet currently lives in Costa Rica and travels internationally for retreats, conferences and workshops.
